Reservation Policy

Reservations can be made by phone, email, through our website, or via the booking engines Booking.com or Expedia.com. Reservations made by phone, email, or website are subject to availability.
Once a reservation request is made, if there is availability, Aldeia das Adegas will provide a booking transaction code.
Aldeia das Adegas only guarantees the availability of a house corresponding to the booked typology.

Payment Policy

Reservations are secured by paying 30% of the total amount using the chosen payment method, up to 30 days before check-in.
The reservation is confirmed after receipt of proof of payment of this 30%, sent by email to info@aldeiadasadegas.com.
Failure to make this payment will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation.
The remaining balance will be charged at check-in, payable in cash, credit card, or debit card.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the agency/operator must send an email request. Reservations may be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before check-in. After this period, the full amount of the booking will be charged.

  • For cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in, Aldeia das Adegas reserves the right to charge the full booking amount.

  • If the guest decides to shorten their stay or check out early, the full booking amount will still be charged.

  • In the case of a “No Show,” the total reservation amount will be charged to the guest and/or partner.

Scope of Application

These terms and conditions apply to the relationship between the potential guest, hereinafter referred to as the Client, and Aldeia das Adegas, from the time of the reservation request until the end of the stay.
In situations not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the applicable law shall apply.

Check-in and Check-out

Aldeia das Adegas provides the reserved house from 3:00 PM on the scheduled arrival date. If no prior reservation has been made, accommodation will be subject to availability at reception.
At check-in, guests must present an identification document (ID card/passport).
On the departure date, the Client must vacate the house of all people and belongings and leave it without any damage by 11:00 AM.
Check-in and check-out outside the defined times may be arranged, subject to availability and agreement with Aldeia das Adegas staff.
A luggage storage service is available for guests who wish to store their belongings until check-in or after check-out.
Please note that Aldeia das Adegas does not have a 24-hour reception. Guests are kindly requested to inform us of their arrival time.
At check-in, a key will be provided to access the reserved house. In case of loss, the guest must immediately report it to reception. Keys must be returned at check-out.

Terms of Use

Only the persons listed in the reservation are entitled to use the house. Temporary visits are permitted only for our guests.
The Client and accompanying persons (if applicable) must use the house appropriately, with care and consideration.
The Client and accompanying persons must treat other guests with respect and comply with the regulations provided in each house.
Common areas and equipment available to guests must be used appropriately and left clean and in good condition.
Any damages, breakdowns, or thefts caused by the Client will be charged according to the value of the damages.
Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult guest at all times during their stay.
Aldeia das Adegas is not responsible for personal belongings lost within the premises.
The Client must always lock the door of the reserved house.
In case of emergency, the Client should call the contacts provided in the house regulations.

Parking

Aldeia das Adegas offers private parking.

Pets

Pets are strictly prohibited at Aldeia das Adegas.
If a guest introduces animals into the accommodation, Aldeia das Adegas reserves the right to require the Client to leave immediately, without refund of any amounts already paid.

Noise

Out of respect for all guests, we kindly ask for special attention to maintaining quiet in common areas.
Between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, activities that may disturb other guests are not allowed, in accordance with the General Noise Regulation.

Access to the House by Staff

The Aldeia das Adegas team reserves the right to enter the house during the Client’s stay to perform cleaning, repairs, or similar tasks.

Accommodation Price and Other Fees

The price of the stay is the consideration for the use of the house between check-in and check-out.
The full price of the stay will be charged per night, regardless of whether the Client uses the house.
The applicable rates are either the agreed prices or those listed in the Aldeia das Adegas price list in effect at the date of reservation. Prices may be updated, with prior notice to the Client.
All rates are subject to VAT at the legal rate, unless otherwise stated.
Children up to 2 years old stay free of charge, but this must be communicated in advance so that a crib (travel cot) and high chair can be provided if needed.
Children aged 3–12 are charged €25.00 per night for an extra bed.
Guests aged 13 and older are charged €40.00 per night for an extra bed.
Extra beds are available upon request.
Aldeia das Adegas may provide information and promotions on its website. Offers and promotions are temporary and subject to specific conditions.
Specific payment conditions may apply to travel agencies, tour operators, and other entities.

Complaints

A complaints book is available at reception.
Any complaints or suggestions should be addressed to management.
If a defect in the Client’s house is verified, Aldeia das Adegas reserves the right to repair it or re-accommodate the guest in another house of the same category. Only defects that may compromise the level of service and quality of Aldeia das Adegas will be considered.

Responsibility of Aldeia das Adegas

Aldeia das Adegas is responsible for ensuring appropriate hygiene, cleanliness, and safety conditions in the accommodation.
Aldeia das Adegas is not responsible for personal belongings that may disappear within its premises.
Aldeia das Adegas assumes no responsibility for loss of data provided by the Client in the case of electronic transmission of payment data, except in cases of proven fault.
Aldeia das Adegas will not be liable for delays in making the house available in cases of force majeure. Events such as strikes, blockades, natural disasters, or accidents in the house or accommodation are considered force majeure.

Duty of Notification

In cases of theft, property damage, fire, flooding, or other damages, the Client must immediately inform Aldeia das Adegas staff and do everything possible to assist in resolving the situation.

Termination of Stay

Aldeia das Adegas reserves the right to terminate the stay if the Client fails to pay the due amount or behaves in a way that disrupts good coexistence, peace, or hygiene.
The Client may also end their stay at any time.

Data Protection

The personal data of the Client and accompanying persons (if applicable) will be stored and processed by Aldeia das Adegas and service providers, in accordance with the law, for the services requested by the Client.
Unless otherwise required by law, personal data will be deleted once the legal retention period has expired.

General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the Client’s stay at Aldeia das Adegas and the use of the house by the Client.
